Kevin is a former International Police officer, having served as patrol officer, curriculum writer, classroom instructor, intelligence officer, unit chief, police chief, and commander. He served in Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo and East Timor in this capacity. He also has served as a Diplomatic Observer in Kosovo, Albania, and Macedonia.
Kevin has lived in, worked in, or traveled to Spain, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania, Romania, Germany, Slovenia, Greece, Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, East Timor, Austria, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, and a few more exotic locations.
