When you use our Contact page, you will see a selection of subjects such as Listener Comment, Suggestion, Member Support, etc. It is important to select the proper subject in order that your e-mail will be seen by Kevin faster.
Once the spam filters have filtered out the spam, the next step is the producer screens the real e-mail. E-mail that does not have the correct subject gets put into the Unclassified inbox.
Kevin works a very, very tight schedule which includes checking e-mail several times per day. He checks the various inboxes and responds to as many e-mails as time permits. The Unclassified inbox gets the absolute last priority, and there is no guarantee he will get to it at all for many hours--even days.
So, to get your e-mail read by Kevin, use the correct subject.
EXAMPLE
If you are sending Kevin a link to look at, or suggesting a possible guest, that is a Suggestion. If you use LISTENER COMMENT as the subject, your e-mail is going into the UNCLASSIFIED inbox and may not be seen for days.
