Members Area Terms of Use

The Kevin Smith Show Members Area provides many exciting and interesting features for its subscribers.  The following are the Terms of Use to which all members must agree.  The purpose of these terms of use is to provide for the smooth running of the community of users.

1.  As a member, you will have access to all features of the Members Area unless barred or banned from a feature due to violation of the terms of use.  Such barring or banning, while very rare, is at the discretion of Moderators appointed by Kevin Smith.  If you are barred or banned from a feature, the only way to be reinstated is to e-mail Kevin Smith and appeal the decision to him.

2.  You may not use any of the features of this website to conduct any illegal activities, or to encourage others to do so.

3.  No features of this website may be used to flame, ridicule, bully, threaten, or otherwise harrass anyone else.  The outrageous behavior common to so many internet services will not be tolerated at the Kevin Smith Show Members Area.  We are all free to be who we are and say what we think so long as we do not attack others for their views, opinions, beliefs, race, religion, national origin, etc.  We consider personal attacks of this type to be very serious violations.  It is possible to debate and disagree on views with civility. 

4.  No "adult" themed material of any kind may be posted at the Kevin Smith Show website.  This includes text communications, photos, videos, etc.  One violation of this provision is sufficient to have the member account deleted.

5. Terms of Use may be revised at any time by Kevin Smith Show.  Should revisions be made, notification of revisions will be sent to the members' inbox in the Members Area. 

Violation of these terms of use can result in being barred from, or banned from various features of the Members Area, and can result in having Membership cancelled. In the event that Membership is cancelled, the unused portion of the membership fee will be refunded to the subscriber less 10% for processing the cancellation.
